What exactly is a 'yeast infection'?
Your body is hosting thousands of small bacteria, micro organisms and yeast. One of these is Candida Albicans. It generally lives harmlessly enough in our gut. However, due to our body has an ecology system that rotating and if things that keep it in balance, and things that can tip it out of balance, that is one of the main causes of yeast impact
If your body is out of balance in a way and promotes life too easy for the candida albicans, then you will experience candida over growth.
People with severely weakened immune systems, such as those with cancer or AIDS, may develop widespread Candida infection, a serious medical condition called systemic candidiasis.
Some alternative practitioners believe that overgrowth of candida albicans yeast in the intestines is responsible for a yeast syndrome that results in symptoms such as fatigue, headache, mood swings, sinus congestion, depression, poor memory and concentration, and cravings for sweets.
If you suffer chronic / recurring yeast infection, please do not wait for this type of systemic issue retain in your body, you need to react, you would wonder how right? I would recommend to start with food control first.
