The very first thing your going to do is drink water! I'm not going to tell you to drink such and such amount. We are going to leave that up to your "consciousness." We are going to be honest with ourselves and we are going to start being honest with ourselves, by taking action today! If you will start concentrating your thoughts on being "skinny", your mind and body will "pull" you towards activities that will help you achieve that.
